Due Process & Odal - Independence Day Celebration (tape, Nihilistic Recordings, 1988)

Of course I could have waited until July 4th to post this tape, but this blog may not be alive anymore, despite the fact that someone from The Guardian asked me a couple of things for an online article about 'our' kind of blogs. Its a bit unclear from the cover what this actually is, but maybe its Due Process ('due were ron', it says on the cover) doing stuff on independence day at 'the Institute For The Hearing Impahred', using sounds supplied by Odal's Peter Zincken. But have a look and try and figure things out yourself. Quite noise based, but perhaps that goes without saying.

So, the blog is starting to grind to a halt? Hmmmmm. But, what will you do with all of your free time? ;)

i don't know for sure, but if it says due was ron then that probably is due process -- cause Ron Lessard was in due process --
thanks very much for this and everything else you've put up!

well, due process is already mentioned on the cover, so no mystery there. and it is ron lessard, but only him, and not the other people he usually did due process with. that's curious, as he could have gone by emil beaulieu for this

----> NOOOOOOOOOOO!
Don't break our hearts!

We need more Odal, more De Fabriek, more Illusion of Safety, more S.B.O.T.H.I....

In short: this blog should be eternal... don't kill it!

i am tired to explaining this again: this blog has stuff i have on my shelf. and not ripped from soulseek or anywhere, like so many others do. so when the shelf is empty, blog dies. simple as that. "i don't want life forever' as lemmy said in 'ace of spades'
