Widemouth Tapes was founded by Chris Mason, it says on the cover. Not easy to read that cover, but the tape contains some interesting improvised music by a collective of musicians.
The publisher of this CoAccident tape actually still exists & has been ongoing for over 34 years & can be located online w/ a few seconds of searching. The URL for their website is:
http://idioideo.pleintekst.nl/WdmUindex.html
As such, the tapes are NOT "hard to get" unless one doesn't have internet access.
The image shown is of the insert - which is, indeed, hard to read because of the somewhat complex design but also because the folds in the paper aren't very smoothed out in the picture.
Chris Mason founded Widemouth & ran it for roughly 2.5 years. "tENTATIVELY, a cONVENIENCE" has run it for the 32 years since then.

WIdémoUTH Tapes (as it's now known) isn't really a 'business' - it's more of a way for its 'owner' to lose money (as if he doesn't already have enough ways to do that).
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROMOTION!
