Tuning Circuits - No Compassion (tape, Totally Freaked Out Electronics No. 2, 1990)
Now that 433RPM is approaching its first birthday its time to set the matter straight. This blog is about music, and nothing else, no restrictions other than I have to like it. Today music that has not been posted before, and wont be posted very much after this, being techno music. But it's released on a cassette and it's from The Netherlands and it's old, so three good reasons. Behind Tuning Circuits is one RB from Tholen (of all places), who plays all rhythms, synths, vocals, effect, tape and radio. 'No Compassion' is his second tape. I thought I had the first one also, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Whenever I do I'll post that piece of raw techno music with a firm dose of experiment too.

ReplyDeletegreat. someone who likes this, like me!
ReplyDeleteIndeed a great one!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
THIS IS AWESOME.
ReplyDeleteWeird stuff. Not unlike a dancier Suicide, but with very whacked vocals. Love it.
ReplyDeleteIf you remove the vocals, this sounds like something Himadri / Teste would have put out on Probe in the early 90s (which was some of the best early hard techno). I love that surly analog growl, so I love this. Especially the gated vocals. So low-tech! So nice!
ReplyDeletepure analog dancefloor killer stuff!!! thanks a lot for this!
ReplyDeleteis there something about a possible "Totally Freaked Out Electronics No. 1" release?

ReplyDeleteAmazing stuff.
ReplyDeleteany clue who this guy is / contact info? this is gold!
ReplyDeleteOh, how I love a rhetorical question: don't you think if I would know, I probably would have said so? Why would I withhold information if my goal is to spread the word about this great music?
