Machines At Last (tape, Quick Stab prod 17, 19??)

Mainly one Robert Lawrence and Paul Shorthouse, who play a bunch of synthesizers, guitar, xylophone and such like. Dr. Freakowitz who submitted this, also has no clue about these people, whom could be spotted on some compilations too.

Small Cruel Party - Unroof The House Of The Fishes (tape, G.R.O.S.S., 1993)

I posted some music by Key Ransone before, and I think this is the only release I have by Key Ransone on cassette. There has been a hiatus in releasing his music, but apparentely next year he will appear in the Zelphabet series. Great cover as usual for this Japanese label.

De Fabriek - Depressie (tape, De Fabriek Records & Tapes, 1989)

This particular De Fabriek tapes was recorded with or by Klaas Mons, whom we know from Solenoid, and who is a regular member of De Fabriek. Otherwise, like most De Fabriek tapes, there isn't much information on the cover.

Its Not Over Yet (tape, De Koude Oorlog sz 002, 1987)

Also on De Koude Oorlog is this nice compilation of a varied bunch of musics, by THU20 (who still exist to this date), De Fabriek, Schwester Eberhard, Accusation, Schaum der tage, The Paradox, Krystof Kudla and Szarkov. From punk to experimental - the latter is majority here.

From Me To You - Into Your Hands (tape, De Koude Oorlog, 1988)

I don't know anything about this, except that it's one H.P. Flohr playing music here. I believe he was a member of Szarkov. Things are more synth music based here however.

Genf - Roh (LP, Finlayson FTV 013, 1996)

And after all this noise, for something completely different. Genf was a trio of Cologne, I believe, consisting of Oliver Brand, Olaf Karnik & Jens Massel, who recorded a few pieces of vinyl, in the mid nineties. They are best described I guess, as a post rock band. Music I liked at the time, and sometimes still do actually. Genf was, along with Kreidler, one of the better ones on the scene.
