I know, I promised more Illusion Of Safety tapes, but it takes more time, of course. 'My Mind Is Killing Me' is not mentioned in discogs and is from 1986. Credits go out to Dan Barke, except some with Mitch Enderle, Elaine Rangel and Jay Closser. Tracks come unseperated.

Due Process - RRRadio Six (LP, RRRecords RRR, 1987)

As I was posting Wiggins yesterday, I noticed he was mentioned as a member of Due Process: "Featuring Thomas Dimuzio, Ron Lessard (the man behind RRRecords) and John Wiggins, Due Process knows how to crank it out. While they can create a terrific din, the music actually leans a bit in the ambient direction, with lower dynamics and muffled timbres, albeit with a raucous pandemonium of noise just beneath the surface." The RRRadio series is where Due Process made 'spontaneous record/tape collages with improvised musical accompaniment'. On this record its Micheal Wayne (tapes), Ron Lessard (records, tapes), Dennis Reilly (reading Bukowski, Kipling + Reilly) and Andrew Herman (studio etc.). Furthermore tapes were used by tape contributions provided by Mark Murrell (Ann Arbor, MI), Martyr V2101 (Lowell, MA) & Barry Pilcher (Oyfed, Wales, Great Britain). Due Process still exists and made loads of other things, such some great 'anti records'.

John Wiggins - All The Truth At Once (LP, RRRecords, RRR 009, 1986)

"Emmy-award winning sound supervisor, long time NYC resident and electronic musician. Part of the home-taping underground since the mid 1980s."is all that said on Discogs. Wiggins released two LPs on RRRecords, of which this one is the first. I don't have the other one. "The music was produced using 'coincidence' as a method of producing all forms. Sounds frome everywhere were recorded, sampled, synthesized and combined to see if a naturahttp://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gifl enviorment [sic] could be set up, inside of which I could find a 'music'." (liner notes). As much as I tried, I had to leave it unindexed. Nice mid eighties example of early computer music.

Bushido - Voices (12", Third Mind Records TMS 05, 1985)

From Gary Levermore's project Bushido I posted the LP 'The Sands Of Nakajima' before and his other two releases 'Among The Ruins' and 'Deliverance' are on Mutant Sounds. There is quite a bunch of tracks from compilations, but lots I don't have, but it would make a nice extra post. Alas, it's not. But 'Voices' is quite a nice one anyone.

Dry Lungs Three (LP, Placebo Records, 1987)

The only other volume I have from the Dry Lungs series is number 3. This already goes into different musical areas, with some improvised music by Un Drame Musical Instantane, Helen Sage, computer music by John Wiggins and also we find Maybe Mental, Cranioclast, Paul Lemos, John Wiggins, Hauswolff/Karkowski, Greater Than One (another remarkable band on a compilation such as this), Collectif Nox, Phantom Tollbooth, Die Form and Arthur Potter (who also painted the cover and much of Controlled Bleeding covers).
